HD Fitter
We are currently seeking experienced HD Fitters / Plant Mechanics / Heavy Diesel Mechanics for various mine sites throughout Western Australia.
We have just had over 20 new vacancies come through!
Duties
- Providing safe, effective and timely maintenance on all equipment
- Heavy diesel scheduled maintenance and breakdown fault finding on a wide range of heavy mobile equipment
- Completion of service reports and identification of parts requirements
- Liaise with planning group to ensure planned maintenance schedule is implemented
- Diagnosis and repair of mechanical faults and failures
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Certificate
- Previous experience conducting breakdowns / component changeouts / fault finding
- Mine site experience on large OEM mobile plant - CAT / Komatsu / Liebherr / Hitachi
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Client & Employer Focused / Safety conscious
- Outstanding troubleshooting / diagnostic skills
- 3 successful reference checks
- Police Clearance (mandatory for sites)
